R&D Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop new product etc. Juice , and non juice
• Develop existing product .
• Develop prototype products that meet customer needs.
• Have knowledge of food laws.
• Sourcing raw materials within acceptable specifications and costs
• Plan experiments to scale up from the lab to the production line.
• Design stability test experiments for developed products.
• Design product-related documents to comply with food quality and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science or Food Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in food or beverage product development, with preference given to candidates with experience in dairy, juice, tea, or coffee products.
• Knowledge of food regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Understanding of food quality and safety systems, such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Knowledge of product shelf life determination.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
