Position: Cost Accounting Section Manager

Level: Section Manager

Work location: Samut Sakhon

Responsibility:

• Verify and ensure 100% accuracy in recording and updating cost-related entries and purchase orders.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis reports.
• Generate aging reports for financial tracking.
• Compare expenses using FA50 transactions.
• Conduct cost and performance analysis by plant.
• Prepare BOI production capacity reports.
• Manage budget adjustments (increase/decrease) as required.
• Summarize monthly expenses for relevant departments.
• Prepare downgrade reports for quality or cost tracking.
• Manage project lifecycle: opening, closing, and acceptance of work.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory control.
• Prepare official letters and destruction documents and participate in on-site audits.
• Submit the Annual Factory Operation Report (Form Ror Ngor 9).

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting.
• Solid knowledge and skills in accounting and finance, cost accounting, cost structure and management accounting, including SAP system.
• Strong consulting skills, attention to detail, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate English proficiency, with good command of Microsoft Office and communication skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing business and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
