As a Medical Scientific Affairs and Market Access Executive at B. Braun, you will play a vital role to ensures strategic alignment with global medical objectives, supports clinical and real-world data initiatives, and provides scientific insights to internal and external stakeholders also developing and executing strategies that ensure product reimbursement and demonstrate scientific value.
Your key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with KOLs, lead scientific discussions, deliver updates, and organize advisory boards/symposia.
- Respond to HCP inquiries, maintain FAQs/clinical bulletins, and localize global medical content following GDP/GCP standards.
- Manage clinical trial activities, support post‑market surveillance, and collect real‑world data for evidence generation.
- Train commercial teams, review materials for accuracy, ensure SOP/policy adherence, and report safety issues to LSO.
- Identify academic partners, evaluate research groups, and facilitate investigator‑initiated studies under governance policies.
- Summarize clinical/economic data into value dossiers and marketing materials to support campaigns and stakeholder communication.
- Develop regional/local strategies, conduct health economic evaluations, and organize expert panels/consensus meetings.
- Build networks with payers, government, academia, industry, and contribute to publications on healthcare, QoL, and economic outcomes.
What you will bring to the team:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Master of Science (MSc), or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Medical Affairs, Market Access, or Clinical Research within pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Experience in KOL engagement, health economic modeling, and evidence-based communication
- Fluency in Thai and English proficiency (reading/writing); Strong analytical and scientific writing skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, literature databases (e.g., PubMed), and Microsoft Office
