How you will create an impact
- Handling large portfolios of Casualty Line of Business combining both local and multinational accounts with special claim bulletins. 
- Core activities would include working closely with loss adjusting firms, law firms including solicitors and monitoring performance, in handling litigation cases, engaging with policyholders, insureds, brokers and agents on the progress of each claim, monitor and report on any loss trends/ insights and negotiate direct settlement with third-party / third-party legal representatives in a pro-active manner, manage new incoming claims and to ensure claims are in line with Best Practice standards.
- Ensuring timely movement of reserves are performed as well as accurate claim adjudication while maintaining satisfaction of clients.

What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience from insurance or broker, claims filed in particular.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
