Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain
    accurate demand forecasts
    based on historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans.
  • Analyze
    sales data, market trends, and customer behavior
    to improve forecast accuracy and support business decisions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with
    Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
    to align forecasts with business strategies and promotional activities.
  • Monitor
    inventory and stock levels
    to identify potential supply risks and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Prepare and present
    forecast reports, demand planning insights, and performance analysis
    to management for decision-making support.
  • Communicate regularly with
    regional and local teams
    to ensure planning accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in forecasts or stock availability.
  • Continuously review and enhance demand planning processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience
    in demand planning, supply chain, or relevant roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in
    forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
