Engineering Specialist IV

Maintenance engineering department has fully responses to maintain operation's automation equipment to deliver best in class manufacturing system. We maintain and improve equipment's performance to support capacity plans with highest flexibility to meet customer's demands and product quality expectation with competitive cost.

• Support HGA maintenance tasks to produce HGA with high quantity and meet per delivery plan
• Typical duties: Action on the preventive maintenance, machine repairs and machine setup on the automation machines and tooling, follow maintenance procedure.
• For the machine repair, need to investigate front line issue, find out the root cause and report to supervisor/engineer for long term action plan. Follow up the machine status after repairing.
• Control HGA quality by monitoring the machine KPIVs and KPOVs, via the Tableau or log file. Take immediately action if detect the out of control with the report summary.
• Initiate Kaizen or improvement idea and consult to supervisor or engineer.

• สนับสนุนงานบำรุงรักษาหัวอ่าน เพื่อผลิตหัวอ่าน ที่มีปริมาณสูงและตรงตามแผนการส่งมอบ
• หน้าที่ทั่วไป: การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรและติดตั้งเครื่องจักรระบบอัติโนมัติและเครื่องมืออัตโนมัติตามขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษา
• สำหรับการซ่อมเครื่องจักร จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบปัญหาเชิงรุก ค้นหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง และรายงานให้หัวหน้างาน/วิศวกรทราบ เพื่อแผนปฏิบัติการระยะยาว ติดตามสถานะเครื่องหลังการซ่อม
• ควบคุมคุณภาพของหัวอ่านโดยการตรวจสอบ ปัจจัยภายใน และปัจัยภายนอก ของเครื่องจักรผ่านทางซอฟต์แวร์การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหรือไฟล์บันทึก และดำเนินการทันทีหากตรวจพบสิ่งที่อยู่นอกการควบคุมด้วยการสรุปรายงานส่งให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
• พร้อมที่จะเริ่มโปรเจค Kaizen หรือการปรับปรุงต่างๆโดยการปรึกษาร่วมกันกับหัวหน้างานหรือวิศวกร

• Ability to work across multiple team
• Interested in automation technology.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• English skill will be advantage
• Diploma and/or equivalent experience
