Responsibilities

• Talent Development & Training

• Assess employee training needs and design aligned programs.

• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and online courses.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.

• Provide mentorship and coaching.
• Support employees in career progression within the company.

• Leadership Development

• Design leadership training programs.

• Identify leadership gaps and build an internal talent pipeline.
• Support succession planning for future leaders.

• Performance Management

• Align performance with company goals.

• Oversee fair and constructive performance reviews.
• Support managers in addressing performance issues.

• Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop programs to boost engagement and culture.

• Gather feedback to understand development needs.
• Create retention initiatives for top talent.

• HR Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze performance and development data.

• Prepare reports on training, growth, and talent management.
• Use data to refine HR programs and strategies.

• Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure HR activities comply with laws and policies.

• Stay updated on HR trends and learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-10 years in HR, talent development, or related fields.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse workforces
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Data analysis and insights-driven strategy development.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for employee growth.
• High emotional intelligence and effective with diverse teams.
