Responsibilities:

To be part of the Application support team and contribute to solution design as Functional/Technical Analysis of business requirements and identify gaps in current and to be solution.

  • Understanding the business requirement of the organization
  • Preparation of Blue print for rollout/Carveout project
  • Validate the reports requirements
  • Validate any changes in customize.
  • Provide training to end-user.
  • Sort out day to day queries/issues of end users.
  • Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement.

Requirements:

  • Having 3 years working experiences in SAP FI (FICO is advantage)
  • Having good knowledge of SAP FI processes
  • Having experience in design, configuration and testing of core FI modules
  • Having Experience and knowledge of key integration points with other modules
  • Having experience in troubleshooting, investigates, analyses and solved FI related issues
  • Experience of working in support project with onsite offshore model
  • Good communication skill. Ready to work in German shifts.
  • Knowledge / Working experience in Design, configuration and testing.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and support Processes (Incident, Change, Problem)Knowledge of working with any standard Ticketing.Ability to work with cross functional teams and Client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Can conceptualize and communicate Business relevant solutions
  • Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving/investigation approach
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • The candidate should be a self-starting problem solver with an ability to understand business challenges and address them through innovative software engineering practices
  • Multi-tasking ability to work across projects, clients, and geographies.
