Job Title: Associate (Lawyer) – Corporate Practice

We are currently seeking two (2) driven and detail-oriented Corporate Associates (Lawyers) to join our team. The role is focused on domestic Thai legal matters but may involve cross-border coordination. This position requires a solid command of Thai corporate law, regulatory licensing (including FBL and BOI), and excellent English drafting skills. You will be working alongside experienced partners and will be entrusted with both client-facing advisory work and complex documentation.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and restructuring documentation
• Advise on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and business establishment in Thailand
• Prepare legal opinions and written advisory notes in both Thai and English
• Coordinate with Thai regulatory agencies (including DBD, BOI, and Ministry of Commerce) for licensing and approvals
• Assist clients with FBL and BOI applications, including structuring and document preparation
• Liaise with in-house and external counsel on regulatory and transactional matters
• Participate in due diligence exercises for M&A, investment, and share acquisitions
• Supervise and review work of junior associates and legal staff as needed

• Thai national with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited Thai university
• Licensed Thai attorney with active bar registration
• Notary Public is very good to have
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate law (junior associates will be considered based on ability)
• Demonstrated experience in FBA, BOI, capital market, and restructuring matters
• Excellent English drafting skills are essential—samples may be requested
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple concurrent matters
• Experience with Non-B Business Visa application is note required but good to have
