QA Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced QA Supervisor with a strong background in the automotive industry to lead and oversee quality assurance activities. The QA Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement, managing the QA team, and supporting customer satisfaction through effective quality management practices.

Job Description

• Supervising and leading the QA team to ensure product quality meets customer and industry requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining quality management systems in accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
• Utilizing problem-solving tools such as 8D Reports to address customer complaints and internal issues.
• Coordinating and monitoring quality audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and process efficiency.
• Preparing and presenting quality reports to management and customers as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and requirements.
• Hands-on experience with 8D methodology and other quality problem-solving tools.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English (both written and spoken).
