Job Description:Line supervisor of production operators, responsible for the routine communication of job assignment, training for specific product runs and placement of line operators in assignment as required for the day.Communicate production issue, quality issue and necessary action to production line operators.Escalate production issue(s) to production manager or related person as need (following the reaction plan)Leader for new project transfer for coordinate between Thai factory team and Germany teamKey responsibilitiesAllocate assign work to line operators in order to meet production plan.Prepare and report daily production output, yield and downtime, communicate it to Production Control.Provide and update work instructions as need Supervise and coordinate activity of subordinate in manufacturing process, improve working performance of subordinate through training.coordinate with cross functional team in order to improve quality and productivityEnsure all line operators abide by the safety regulationsMaintain and continuous improve the operation in term of QMS requirement.Participate in the internal audit and customer audit.
