Nomad Island Production is a creative media house based in Phuket, producing video, photography, and live broadcasting content for sports, lifestyle, and hospitality brands.

We work with international clients and multicultural teams, delivering creative production across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

We're looking for a Multimedia Specialist with a strong passion for storytelling and creative production. You'll handle filming, photography, and editing across a variety of projects, from events and interviews to campaigns and live productions.

This is a hybrid position; you'll work mostly remotely but must be based in Phuket, available to attend on-site meetings, shoots, and productions. The role also requires travel for work, such as livestreams or productions in Bangkok, Singapore, and other locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality video and photo content for social, commercial, and digital platforms
• Edit and perform post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Assist with lighting, camera, and sound setup on production days
• Support livestream and broadcast setups
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop the pre-production process
• Manage digital assets, project files, and equipment inventory

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related fields
  
  (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of camera operation, framing, and lighting techniques
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• The candidate must be based in Phuket and be willing to travel both domestically and overseas for production or livestream assignments (e.g., Bangkok, Singapore, etc.). A valid passport is required.
