Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers in compliance with company policies and agreed payment terms.
  • Review and reconcile AP balances, vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Prepare and review payment runs (local and overseas), including supporting documents for approval.
  • Handle withholding tax (PND 3, PND 53), VAT input, and ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice issues and payment status.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.
  • Assist external and internal auditors by providing required AP documents and explanations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency and internal controls.
  • Mentor and support junior AP staff when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting functions.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, VAT, and withholding tax.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
