- Develop and implement strategic cloud migration roadmap from on-premise to Azure.
- Architect and design Azure cloud solutions, ensuring effective integration with existing on-premise infrastructure.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of on-premise systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify potential issues and develop migration strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cloud migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
- Develop and implement cloud security strategies in line with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to development teams during the migration process.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks for successful migration of on-premise workloads to Azure.
- Monitor and manage post-migration operations to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud migration and technologies.
- Document all processes, including issue resolution and system changes.
- Proven experience as a cloud architect or similar role with specific experience in on-premise to Azure migrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud platform and its services.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation/management tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Azure certification is a must.
