Job Title: Test Equipment Engineer

Location: Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani (100% On-site)

Position Summary: As a Test Equipment Engineer. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our automated test machinery (Handlers, Probers, AVI). We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who loves troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Lifecycle Management: Lead the installation, qualification, and ramp-up of new automated machinery, including Test Handlers, Probers, and Automatic Vision Inspection (AVI) systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Systematically resolve complex electro-mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive activities to enhance equipment stability and reliability, aiming to improve key metrics like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and MTBA (Mean Time Between Assists).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Production and Process Engineering teams to support daily operations and implement equipment enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage calibration and validation processes for new and existing equipment to maintain high testing standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team and organization.
Qualifications and Requirements

Essential (Must-Haves):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Basic familiarity with PLC software (e.g., OMRON, KEYENCE, Mitsubishi).

  • Fundamental knowledge of Servo Motors & Drivers (e.g., Mitsubishi, YASKAWA, IAI).
  • Language: Good command of spoken and written English.

Desirable (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Previous internship or experience in Automation or the Semiconductor industry.
  • TOEIC score of 550+.
Working Conditions

Workplace: 100% on-site at Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani. (Commuting capability required; no relocation support).

Environment: Must be comfortable working in a Cleanroom environment wearing full cleanroom attire.

  1. Hours: Ability to work occasional overtime to support production needs and project deadlines.
