Job responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategy.
- Build sourcing plans for niche and volume roles, leveraging multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, hospitality schools).
- Promote employer brand through social campaigns, career fairs, and industry partnerships.
Candidate Management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Oversee screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with property leaders.
- Bring creativity, clarity, and a human touch at every stage.
Internal Talent Pools & Mobility
- Maintain and update talent pipelines for high-potential team members.
- Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional Talent Attraction & Development Managers for inter country transfers
- Work with the Talent Development leader for the region on the team members that are participating on the Academies and other Ennismore learning programmes to ensure that these peoples careers are tracked and managed into promoted or expanded roles.
Strategic Recruitment Leadership
- Support and guide hiring managers, providing advice on market insights, talent trends, and lead on recruitment best practices to ensure consistency.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Participate in career fairs, meetings, events to stay connected to the market and new talents
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, managing the hands-on recruiting from role briefing, advertising, and sourcing, through to selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Directly manage a LinkedIn Recruiter seat and continue to build strong talent pools across all functions.
- Ensure all recruitment activity reflects Rixos's brand, culture, and values.
- Drive a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Continue to enhance Rixos's employer brand and presence on LinkedIn and through corporate partnerships.
- Manage attraction campaigns, career content and social media activity
- Champion Rixos as an employer of choice and be a brand ambassador, promoting our values and opportunities both internally and externally.
- Maintain established partnerships with universities to secure future talent.
Data, Process & Compliance
- Manage recruitment systems (ATS) and data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Track, report, and analyse recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and monitor if any areas for improvement at the properties.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines across all functions.
Team Collaboration / Management
- Work closely with the wider People & Culture team to deliver a seamless and positive employee journey.
- Support and coach hiring managers to strengthen recruitment capability across the business.
Talent Acquisition
- Ensure the recruitment of new hires are a fit and match for the Rixos Brand and understand our ethos and vision. Ensure they are introduced into the Company through Mondrian's specific on-boarding process.
- Actively promote and market the Rixos brand as an "Employer of Choice" through advertising collateral and presentations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure annual pay increases are budgeted to the market.
- Any Exec Com roles are interviewed, and packages approved by Regional Heads prior to offering.
- All benefits grids are approved on an annual basis with no deviations to grading or benefits given to colleagues to ensure pay parity
Performance Management
- Development Plans for all High Potential employees in conjunction with the Talent Development leader.
What We're Looking For
- Educated to bachelor's degree level or beyond, most likely within a business or human resources management related discipline, or experience equivalent.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in Talent Acquisition within luxury hospitality or Lifestyle industry, preferably in Thailand and Phuket
- Skills: Strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and proficiency in recruitment platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters).
- Competencies: Excellent communication, cultural awareness, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
