IT Operations Support Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

  • Contract 12 Months
  • Onsite 100% - Petchaburi Rd, Huaikhwang
  • Proficient in English and Chinese communication

Job Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Responsible for creating, configuring, activating, and deactivating employee accounts.
  • Manage employee access rights to ensure compliance with company security policies and user access control standards.
  • Handle account-related issues such as password resets and account unlocks.

Domain Management:

  • Responsible for company domain registration, renewal, and management to ensure validity and compliance.
  • Monitor domain configurations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage subdomains and email settings to align with internal systems.

IT Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support for employees encountering issues with company IT resources, including computers, networks, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-related problems, offering detailed guidance and solutions.
  • Collect user feedback and regularly report IT system issues and improvement suggestions.

Daily Maintenance & Monitoring:

  • Regularly inspect company IT equipment, networks, and systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor the health status of servers and storage devices, addressing abnormalities in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all IT resources meet company security standards to prevent data leaks or service interruptions.

Documentation & Training:

  • Prepare technical documentation such as user manuals and operation guides to help employees resolve issues independently.
  • Provide training on specific software or systems to help employees become familiar with usage and key considerations.

Cross-department Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Technology) to ensure effective allocation and use of IT resources.
  • Provide IT support during the initiation of new projects and assist teams in meeting technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT technical support or system administration, with proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiar with network infrastructure (e.g., DNS, IP configuration, firewalls) as well as common office software usage and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, etc.
  • Basic database management knowledge with familiarity in SQL or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of network security, including account management and access control.
  • Strong problem-solving and self-learning ability, with adaptability to new technologies and environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin as you need to work closely with your Chinese counterparts.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to user needs.
