We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and manage engineering projects within the district.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD), project management tools, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer license is an advantage.
