Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demand and Supply Planner based in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing demand data to forecast product needs, coordinating supply chain operations, managing procurement, and maintaining inventory levels. The role will require close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure an efficient and smooth supply chain process.

Working policy: Mon-Fri/
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control inventory level for finished goods within the company supply chain.
- Review, analyze and develop sales forecast accuracy.
- Oversee and manage the planning and execution of stock replenishment to ware-house and store levels.
- Ensure Business plans and Demand plans are aligned for all product categories.
- Provides analytical support for company business and ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.
- Develop demand forecasts across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
- Study and track current and future market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Management, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields
- Minimum 1 years' experience in Warehouse Operation / Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Have experience in Retail or FMCG business would be advance.
- Strong Analytical, Planning & Organizing, and Problem Solving Skills
