Assist in implementing employee development plan, including enhancing employee's awareness in their own development and career path.
Help us build and maintain competitive employer branding.
Improve employee experiences at the workplace by buildling a supportive work environment.
Organize and/or facilitate company events and activities that will engage employee in being a BOLer.
Coordinate with stakeholders to implement HRD plans and ensure our processes run smoothly.
3rd or 4th year university student or new grads in Human Resources, Communication, or other related fields.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Innovative and fast-acting.
Self-motivated and open-minded with a can-do attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Good command in spoken and written English and Thai.
