Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in acquiring licenses for software and gaming operations, understands crypto-related compliance matters, and is adaptable to dynamic regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end regulatory licensing processes for software/gaming products, including preparing documentation, liaising with regulatory bodies, and ensuring successful approvals.

  • Monitor and ensure company operations comply with relevant laws, licensing conditions, and internal policies across targeted jurisdictions.

  • Develop and maintain internal compliance frameworks, SOPs, and risk assessment processes.

  • Advise internal stakeholders on compliance risks related to new products, markets, or payment solutions (especially crypto).

  • Stay updated with emerging regulations in key SEA regions and propose adaptive strategies.

  • Manage audits, regulatory inspections, and respond to inquiries from authorities.

  • Train and raise compliance awareness among cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.

  • At least 4–6 years of proven experience in a compliance role within the gaming or software industry (regulated and semi-regulated sector).

  • Direct involvement in licensing processes (e.g., for online gaming, software platforms, etc.).

  • Familiarity with crypto payment ecosystems and their compliance implications is a strong advantage.

  • Knowledge of SEA markets' regulatory environments.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle cross-border compliance projects.

  • Fluent in English; additional language(s) spoken in SEA or experience working in SEA is a plus.
