  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for assignments in Bangkok, upcountry, and occasionally overseas.
  • Full working rights for Thailand.

Job Description :-

  • Provide consulting services and implementation of ERP systems including design, blueprinting, configuration, customization, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) testing and cutover to Production environment.
  • Prepare User's Manual and related documentation to support knowledge transfer and system understanding.
  • Work closely with clients to define the scope of the issue and resolution.
  • Conducts acceptance testing, deliver end-user training, system post-Go-live support ensure successful handover to customer operations.
  • Provide Functional Design Documentation based on enhancement or solution requirements.
  • Provide Technical Design Documentation to ensure business requirements are fully addressed.
  • Provide support of existing customers and collaborate with internal team on system design, implementation and ongoing customer support.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client engagements
