Responsibilities


• Lead and work closely with the Investment Director in managing multi-asset investment portfolios (Fixed Income, Equity, REITs – domestic and international) with a focus on active management and performance optimization.


• Drive investment research and analysis across both top-down macro and bottom-up fundamental approaches, including conducting company visits, management interviews, and sector deep dives.


• Oversee and evaluate individual stocks, REITs, IPO opportunities, assigned sectors, and assess global macroeconomic and market trends to support investment decision-making.


• Review and enhance financial models, investment thesis, and valuation frameworks, ensuring analytical rigor and alignment with portfolio strategy.


• Prepare and deliver presentation materials for investment committees, internal stakeholders, senior management, and external clients/partners.


• Lead quarterly sector reviews and provide strategic recommendations for portfolio repositioning.


• Facilitate and contribute to weekly investment discussions to shape firm-wide investment strategies and idea generation.


• Present market outlook, strategic insights, and investment proposals in bi-weekly investment team meetings and other strategic forums.

Qualifications


• 2 years+ of experience in investment research, portfolio management, or related fields within asset management, securities, corporate investment, or financial institutions.


• Demonstrated expertise in both top-down macro strategy and bottom-up equity research across multiple sectors.


• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and data analytics; familiarity with quantitative approaches is a plus.


• Advanced Excel and financial analysis tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, or equivalent); experience with Python, R, or machine learning techniques is highly advantageous.


• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate investment viewpoints.


• CFA and/or FRM candidates or charter holders preferred.


• Proven ability to work independently, lead discussions, and mentor junior analysts.
