Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing beauty / skincare brand looking for a Visual Merchandising Designer who can create strong, on-brand retail experiences across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, and Retail partners to ensure our products stand out in department stores, beauty chains, events and pop-ups, stores.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail & In-Store Visual Merchandising

  • Design and develop counter displays, shelves, gondolas, pop-up booths, and window displays
  • Adapt brand visual concepts to fit local retail formats (Watsons, Boots, Eveandboy, department stores, specialty beauty stores)
  • Prepare VM toolkits for stores, BA teams, and distributors
  • Ensure proper execution and brand consistency at point of sale

2. New Product Launch & Campaign Support

  • Create visual merchandising materials for new product launches
  • Align VM execution with Marketing and Sales calendars
  • Translate product USPs, hero ingredients, and claims into clear visual storytelling

3. Brand Guidelines & Quality Control

  • Maintain and apply Visual Merchandising Guidelines across all channels
  • Conduct VM checks and improvements with retail partners
  • Support internal teams and distributors with VM standards and best practices

4. Supplier & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with local suppliers on materials, mockups, prototypes, and production
  • Control cost, quality, and timeline for VM materials
  • Support installation, setup, and teardown when needed
Qualification:

Experience

  • 2–5 years experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Creative Production
  • An experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG is preferred
  • An experience in working with modern trade, department stores, or beauty chains is a strong plus

Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Ability to create basic 3D mockups or spatial layouts (SketchUp, Blender, or similar is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and retail execution

Language

  • Thai: Fluent (spoken & written)
  • English: Professional Working Proficiency
