Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for users through troubleshooting and problem-solving of hardware and software issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems are ready and reliable for use.
  • Conduct corrective maintenance, including data recovery from backup tapes and software installation/uninstallation.
  • Maintain system standards by regularly accessing and monitoring PCs remotely or physically.
  • Ensure users can operate computers smoothly and access necessary data for their tasks.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Service-oriented mindset and strong team player.
  • Solid knowledge of IT hardware and software.
  • Familiar with Microsoft technologies, Windows operating systems, network operations, and IT security.
  • Skilled in assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting computers and workstations.
  • Understanding of network connectivity systems and components.
