What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across channels with precision, clarity, and empathy.
  • Collaborate with developers to investigate, escalate, and follow through on technical problems.
  • Proactively log, tag, and track issues—identifying root causes and documenting solutions.
  • Provide configuration guidance and best practices to both internal teams and clients.
  • Join client meetings to clarify technical setups, cloud, and security concerns.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including setup guides, troubleshooting tips, and compliance materials.
  • Contribute ideas to improve team workflows, reduce manual steps, and automate where possible.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable reading and debugging code (C# and JavaScript is a plus)
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and using document-based databases (e.g., MongoDB)
  • Able to script and automate using tools like Python or similar
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related in tech field
  • Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication; international program or bilingual background is a plus
  • Experience in a system analyst, technical support, or client-facing engineering role
  • Experience working with ERP, accounting platforms, or financial products is a strong plus
