Nanny

1. Student Care and Wellbeing

2. Safety and Supervision: Closely supervise and monitor students at all times, especially during transitions, mealtimes, and outdoor play (Playground/Outdoor Area).

3. Hygiene and Personal Care: Assist students with personal hygiene routines, such as using the restroom, hand washing, teeth brushing, and maintaining general tidiness. (May include changing diapers for very young students, depending on the age group).
4. First Aid Response: Respond promptly to minor injuries or illnesses, and report incidents immediately to the Lead Teacher and School Nurse, following established school policy.

5. Mealtime Support: Supervise and assist students during lunch and snack times, ensuring they eat appropriately and safely.

6. Classroom and Learning Support

7. Classroom Management: Assist the teacher with the preparation and arrangement of classroom materials, resources, and learning tools (e.g., cutting, organizing books, setting up activity stations).

8. Educational Support: Provide individual or small group assistance to students, under the direction of the Lead Teacher, to help them successfully complete learning activities.
9. Organisation: Ensure the classroom and common areas are clean, well-organized, and safe for student use.

10. Transitioning: Help manage student movement between different school areas (e.g., library, gym, playground) efficiently and safely.

11. Communication and Collaboration

12. Teamwork: Work collaboratively and effectively with the Lead Teacher and other teaching assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and activity flow.

13. Reporting: Promptly report any significant student behavior, illness, or concerning issues to the Lead Teacher.

Experience

• Thai National.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience caring for young children (Nanny, Babysitter, or Teaching Assistant role). Experience in an International School setting is highly advantageous.
