Job Description:

1. Server & System Administration – Manage 700+ Windows and Linux servers, ensuring ≥99.5% uptime; perform patching, updates, and system tuning on a monthly schedule.
2. Backup & Recovery Management – Monitor and maintain daily backups for critical systems, achieving ≥98% successful backup rate and performing restore tests.
3. Application & Infrastructure Support – Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications and virtualization platforms; resolve ≥90% of tickets within SLA (≤8 hours for standard, ≤2 hours for critical).
4. Documentation & Process Improvement – Maintain system documentation and SOPs; implement process improvements that reduce repetitive incidents by ≥20% annually.

Qualification:

• Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Work Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in system administration and enterprise application support.
• Additional skills or competencies
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, storage, backup, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with incident management and SLA-based support models.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 and IT compliance requirements.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, or ITIL are an advantage.

Working Time: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
