Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and control the inbound and outbound processes for automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch of goods according to established standards
• Verify and accurately record receiving documents in the system, such as delivery notes and inspection records, and update information in the Inventory Management System
• Inspect incoming spare parts for quality, ensuring alignment with purchase orders, and address issues related to damaged or missing items
• Efficiently allocate storage space and plan for new stock based on item types and operational requirements
• Collaborate with the purchasing team on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to resolve product-related issues
• Supervise order processing to ensure accurate part selection, proper packaging, and timely shipment dispatch
• Verify and maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, including shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists, while updating the Inventory Management System
• Inspect outbound products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to minimize errors and returns

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related filed
• At least 4 years in warehouse operation with at least 3 years in Management Level
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing, Logistics Industry will be advantage
• Good judgment and ability to be a problem solver and make quick decisions with a focus on the big picture/bottom lineAbility to think strategically, good communication skills, good presentation skills and Team Management
• Technical knowledge and experience in warehouse / supply chain  will be advantage
• Good command of English

Working Location : Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya

Working Days & Hours : 5 Days per week 8:00-17:00 / Shift Work
