  • Leads and ensures smooth 24x7 running of the facilities in the data centre
  • Manage day-to-day operations and support including general repairs, facilities maintenance and site inspection that include; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, alarm monitoring, furniture and security access control.
  • Track critical equipment as well as anticipated long- and short-term improvements and maintenance
  • Responsible for reviewing and improving of the preventive maintenance program on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure best practices and standard of DC facilities maintenance are maintained.
  • Review the safe work responsibilities and ensure strict adherence to the safety requirements, procedures, laws and regulations
  • Leads all facility management/data centre related certifications and implements related compliance for both internal and external customers
  • Review all policies, SOP, MOP, and Emergency Operating Procedures.
  • Lead to development and review of SLAs, contracts, agreements, etc for third‐party suppliers to obtain maximum cost efficiency. Coordinate and interface between suppliers management and other processes, ie. service level management, corporate vendor management and/or procurement processes.
  • Review and approve purchase orders for replacement parts, equipment, etc., supports vendor reviews, and control operational budget and expenditures
  • Develop and initiate energy and cost saving programs and processes for the data centres
  • Performed any other tasks as per assigned.
