Manager, Test Engineering Salary Budget: Up to 150,000 THB Eligibility: Thai nationals only About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Engineering Manager to lead the development, release, and continuous optimization of semiconductor test packages. The role requires strong technical leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to work with cross functional engineering teams to ensure high quality and timely delivery of test solutions for both new product introduction and mass production. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of test packages across different product phases Deliver test engineering outputs such as test specifications and structured test packages for samples and production Analyze and troubleshoot test results in collaboration with hardware teams and module owners Drive initiatives to reduce test time, improve yield, and enhance quality Support customized test requirements for new product opportunities Collaborate with project managers, test concept engineers, and test pattern suppliers to meet delivery timelines Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Minimum 7 years of experience in product or test engineering within the semiconductor industry Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, DOE, SPC, and test to yield correlation Full understanding of the IC lifecycle: design, validation, wafer processing, production test, quality, and reliability Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K) Programming skills in C++, Java, or Python for automation and data analysis Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently Experience working in cross-functional teams within multicultural environments Leadership experience in managing engineering teams is a plus Thai nationality is requiredEmployee Benefits Work & Leave Hybrid work: 1 day work-from-home per weekAnnual leave: 12 days per year Insurance Coverage Health and life insuranceCoverage extended to spouse and children Provident Fund Company contribution: 6%Employee vesting schedule:< 1 year: Not entitled1 year: 10%2 years: 20%3 years: 60%4 years: 80%5 years: 100% Bonuses Fixed bonus: 1 monthAnnual success bonus (performance-based)
