**Credit Risk Management & Compliance Manager**

Fairdee Insurtech is seeking a highly qualified Credit Risk Management & Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Credit Risk Management & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing credit issuance, debtor portfolio, and ensuring that our company complies with all relevant regulations, and internal procedures. You will oversee various aspects of financial modeling, forecasts, as well as related governance and compliance, to ensure they meet legal and internal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial and operational risks of the company, including identifying potential risks across the business, organizing cross functional solutions and providing the recommendations to control and mitigate risk appropriately
- Monitor and assess debtor portfolios to minimize loss
- Financial modeling of credit offerings, cash flows and related risks
- Implement, develop and maintain risk management and compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
- Analysis and evaluation of new regulatory requirements and derivation of the resulting action requirements for risk management
- Manage regulatory engagement and expectations of related regulators (i.e. OIC, BOT, AMLO) in relation to risk management.
- Supplying the economic planning process as well as internal reporting and external/regulatory publications as part of the reporting and control processes
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company's operations remain compliant
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and manage risk across the organization
- Lead efforts to detect and mitigate fraud in transactions
- Conduct P&L analysis to evaluate financial performance in the context of risk and compliance
- Handling of special tasks and ad-hoc topics

**Requirements**:

- Thai Nationality only, Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or related field
- At least 8 years of working experience in loan and leasing, credit operation, credit risk management with 3 years’ experience in managerial level
- A solid background in risk management and compliance, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
