CNC Programmer

Our client is a leader in plastic engineering, machining, and fabrication located in Rayong.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining a complete engineering packet for the manufacture of machined parts.
- Designing, developing, and implementing the machining process of complex parts to be in line with manufacturing practices, industrial standards, and customers’ requirements.
- Complying with the company safety rules and policies.
- Reviewing 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation.
- Creating CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam) to support multi-axial lathes and 5-axis milling machines.
- Communicating with the leaders and machinists who will use the programs.
- Contributing to training & development for CNC department personnel.
- Making improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.
- Monitoring all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely complete the task.
- Following up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Processes, and design functions.
- Working with the production team and quality team to ensure all customers' on-time delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering fields or related fields.
- Over 4 years of working experience in CNC in aerospace or medical devices.
- Good understanding of 5-axis milling capability (5-axis milling experience a must).
- Good computer skills (Mastercam, SolidWorks CAD/CAM, and MS Office).
- Leadership with problem-solving skills and good team player.
- Good command of English speaking, listening, and reading.
