Business Development Manager with Thai

Our client is an award-winning, multi-licensed broker specializing in online CFD trading across FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices. As part of their continued expansion in Southeast Asia, they are looking to hire an experienced **Business Development Manager** to lead growth in Thailand. If you’re a results-driven sales expert with an **active FX client portfolio**, this is your chance to grow with a respected global financial brand.

**Industry**: Financial Services / CFD Trading
**Languages**: Thai (C1) or other regional language, English (C1)
**Compensation**: Excellent remuneration based on experience & performance
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Negotiate and close deals with retail and institutional clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth goals
Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends
Provide insights to enhance competitive positioning
**Requirements**:
Fluent in Thai (C1) or another regional language, and English (C1)
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD products
Proven success in business development and meeting targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
