**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

**Qualifications**
- 30-40 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor or higher degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing all loops from any industry is a must.
- Strong in set policy, workflow, and procedure for Purchasing function.
- Has experience in managing teams.
- Has experience and knowledge in sourcing new vendors, negotiating prices, comparing suppliers, etc.
- Able to communicate in English, especially in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure, responsible, and patient.
- Able to work 5 days/week near MRT Lumpini.
