We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer in Davao who is excited to connect with potential clients, build our brand presence, and drive growth.

**In This Role, You Will**: As our Sales and Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in generating interest in Go Global’s services and driving client engagement. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our immigration services, while also identifying and engaging potential clients. Working closely with our Sales Manager, Marketing Team, and other key stakeholders, you’ll ensure we remain a trusted and visible choice for immigration consulting.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to promote Go Global’s immigration services for Australia, Canada, Germany, and New Zealand.
- Create and manage engaging digital and offline campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Generate leads through targeted marketing efforts and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Represent Go Global at events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to establish and meet monthly sales and engagement targets.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide reports to improve future marketing efforts.
- Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and respond to inquiries on platforms.
- Stay updated on immigration industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Establish relationships with potential clients, providing them with valuable information and building long-term trust.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within immigration or a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
