Telesales Agent

As a Telesales agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and requires strong communication and persuasion skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote ATA Kama products and services
- Generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team
- Providing information about ATA Kama products and services to customers
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Meeting daily and weekly sales targets set by management
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Providing excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in telesales or customer service role
- Can speak ENGLISH and THAI is a must
