People Operation Officer

We are looking for a Thai/English speaking People Operation Officer with a passion for people. You will report to our Head of People Operations. Your team is responsible for supporting and/or driving all people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle and the operational excellence; especially Visa and Work permit-related matters for your role.

**Your key activities will be**:

- Responsible for both Administrative and Human Resources tasks
- Prepare documents needed for the employees as requested e.g. re-entry, 90-day report, employment certificate, company's form etc.
- Liaison with the government authorities such as Department of Labour, Immigration, and Work Permit Office etc.
- Assist in managing daily administrative issues, resolve trouble shooting and facilitate internal departments to smoothen day-to-day operations
- Implement company orientation and onboarding
- Assist in the process of recruitment
- Responsible for creating new hire introduction cards, birthday cards, and anniversary cards
- Arrange company's activities and events with the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law Studies or any relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-2 year of work experience of HR or VISA and Work Permit procedure
- Knowledge and experience of VISA and Work Permit procedure is a must
- Have a driving license and own vehicle (car)
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Be equipped with a growth mindset
- Able to go to government office e.g. Immigration, Labor department etc.
- Knowledge of Thailand employment/labour law is a must
