**We are looking for an IT Support Technician with good problem-solving skills.**
**Duties**:
- Responding to cases and troubleshooting technical issues. (Remote and on-site)
- Conducting regular health-check for customer systems.
- Monitoring customer environments.
- Managing updates and installing patches.
- Managing daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
- Supporting sales team for technical requirements/questions
คุณสมบัติ
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in System Administration / Infrastructure Support roles.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Client - Server infrastructure. (Active Directory - GPO - DNS - DHCP - WSUS etc.)
- Must have general knowledge of Firewalls and Centralized Anti-Virus/Endpoint solutions.
- Knowledge about Kaspersky Lab and Check Point products is a plus.
- Knowledge about Log Management / SIEM solutions is a plus.
