**Job Title**: Marketing Coordinator - Ice Cream

**Scope**: Full-time, Permanent

**Location**: Bangkok, Thailand

The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Marketing Operations Support**
- Assist in daily marketing tasks including product requisition, artwork (AW) development, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support event management by liaising with agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Oversee and update the project network for packaging changes and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.
- ** Expense Management**
- Manage and process marketing expenses using the Coupa system.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of purchase orders and invoices.
- ** Digital Content Support**
- Collaborate with the Digital Lead to develop and localize digital content across platforms.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to deliver engaging and brand-aligned digital assets.
- ** Team Engagement**
- Lead and coordinate team bonding activities to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Work closely with the brand team to plan and execute internal engagement initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles (FMCG experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Coupa or similar expense management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
