**Introduction**:
We need customer service (Chinese speaking HSK5) Location at Ban Bueng, Chonburi

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for receiving orders, tracking and delivering products to customers effectively
- Handle with all comments and suggestions from customers.
- Analyze and resolve the problem and improve the work process.
- Strictly and continuously operating according to the organization's quality system.
- Update and gather information of customers data including quotations, price lists, purchase orders etc.
- Operate with quality and service to meet customer satisfactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, Interpreter or relevant position.
- Chinese communication skill, HSK5 or above is a plus (English skill is an advantage)
- Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, especially in telephone communication.
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft office.
- Good interpersonal skills, good mental health, service mind, able to work under pressure.
