**Responsibilities**
- Organizing the CEO's Calendar: The Executive Assistant will be in charge of the CEO's calendar, helping to ensure that meetings and appointments are scheduled effectively, and conflicts are avoided. Meetings will be scheduled, notifications will be sent, and reminders will be set. Additionally, they will guarantee that the CEO arrives promptly and prepares for all meetings.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility in the face of challenges
- Great verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Able to travel onsite of Samutprakarn.
