**Job Purpose**:

- To provide high quality administrative support to the Pharma business team particularly Sales and Marketing team in a professional and efficient manner by effectively planning, implementing and handling key sales and marketing processes, procedures and policies that are aligned with our business objectives and compliance standards.**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative/commercial operations support to the Pharma Commercial Director, Sales and Marketing team in the daily work- 2. Work closely to support the Sales and Marketing team in the creation and adaptation of commercial materials- Assist with and coordinate the screening eventual new vendors and the selection of external vendors where needed including briefings
- Take the lead in circulating sales and marketing materials/tasks for internal approvals
- Manage the inventory of affiliate promotional items, ensure marketing materials are held in sufficient stock and distributed appropriately in a timely manner to customers and the sales team
- Preparation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP system and payment records
- Facilitate sales purchasing order/sample processes in coordination with the distributor including all processes related to commercial business objectives
- Support the customized hospital listing documents preparation as requested by Sales team
- To be involved in the follow up of the Marketing, Sales & Medical education actions decided
- 3. Coordination and arrangement of internal and external meetings as required which are organized by;- Execute pre
- and post
- event/activity requirements (e.g. Initial meetings with vendors, paying honoraria etc.) complying with corporate guidelines
- Prior reservation of meeting/training rooms and any other requirements
- Take and distribute minutes in a timely manner
- Assist with hospitality arrangements for International client/partner meetings

- 4.Provide general administration/function support to Pharma business team including:
- General office duties such as document/photocopying, filing, printing, data file records in the system etc. in accordance with internal/external auditing requirements
- Arrange and distribute mails by authorized messenger service from/to OLIC Samyan Mitrtown Office, Bangpa-In Head Office and Sales team workplace in the territories
- Arranging travel flights, visas and accommodation for Pharma business team members complying with corporate guidelines and finance procedures
- Demonstrating proactive administrative support including being the contact between OLIC Pharma business and Cross-functional team

คุณสมบัติ

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years’ experience as an office assistant within a Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing environment.
- Must be administrative, organized, detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand the needs of a sales team collaborate with both sales and marketing professionals.
- Proactive, professional, and well spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to use computers (MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel) and related technology efficiently.
- Good attitude with growth mindset.
