Job Summary

CEO Office

Provide support to ensure that administrative services are well-organized and effectively delivered in timely manner

Customer Development - Thailand

In a general office environment, his/her duties will typically consist of data entry, word processing, office management, document preparation and filing, presentation creation, and performing basic office accounting tasks

**Job Description**:
CEO Office 1. Provide efficient and professional administrative services and support to team members 2. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and prepare relevant Letters/ Documents / Memo per requests 3. Make travel arrangements for manangement & team and contact with agency per plan 4. Co-ordinate & follow upwith internal team to get result per plan 5. Perform other related duties as assigned Customer Development - Thailand 1. Co-ordinate with internal team and vending customers to support operations and all services under special Channel 's responsibility and follow up with relevant parties to get things done. 2. Prepare relevant vending machine letters/ documents / memo to customers per planned 3. Follow up customers order/ documents available amd keep tracking per planned. 4. Field visit to customers DCs and get feedback to improve admin's operation. 5. Ready to facilitate all adhoc operations for special channel sales team.
