The Automation supervisor will report to The Automation Lead, Response leading on shift / daily execute to preventive maintenance, routine daily inspection & collection daily performance report, including corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, prepare periodic reports on the progress made concerning faulty machines, errors, and processes ; machine upstream, downstream including material handling of Beverage plant.Job Description:
1.) Lead on shift / daily automation management, check % control point of automation system as plan.
2.) Monitoring & patrol shift/daily check point, control point, report daily performance
3.) Daily troubleshooting downtime, breakdown event reports, update TPM board
4.) Support quality systems, FSSC22000, HACCP, TPM, Safety, improvement project
5.) Development skill of Aumation Technician
6.) Cross functional and other work required.
Bachelor Degree, Bachelor Degree - Faculty of Engineering / Electrical Engineering
