- Generate business development ideas for sectors under responsibility assigned.
- Oversee the preparation of all necessary important documentations (agreements with clients, roadshow materials, filings to SEC/SET)
- Oversee financial models of junior staff under leadership and verify the correctness and completeness of financial models
- Generate ideas and concepts for presentations to internal stakeholder and external clients
- Train junior staff on Investment Banking related skills (financial modeling & valuation, presentation, related industries) and Investment Banking products (equity, M&A, property fund, infrastructure fund)
- Guide junior staff on related SEC/SET rules and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 7 years’ working experience preferably - Finance related fields (investment banking, banking, consulting)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
- Result-oriented with positive attitude
