**Role Overview**:
As an **Early Years Teacher**, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, play-based learning experiences that meet the developmental needs of all children. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver lessons that align with the school’s curriculum framework and promote child-initiated learning also covering our exciting themes.
- Use a range of strategies to engage children actively and develop key skills such as communication, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Monitor, assess, and document children’s progress to inform planning and communicate effectively with parents.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that supports students with diverse needs, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Maintain a safe and positive classroom atmosphere that promotes well-being and emotional security.
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and parents to support each child’s learning journey.
- Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies, ensuring the welfare of all children in your care.
- Engage in regular reflective practice to continuously improve teaching strategies and meet the evolving needs of the children.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- BEd (Hons) with QTS or equivalent OR University Degree with PGCE with experience of teaching within the British Curriculum,
- Native level English Speaker.
- Experience teaching in an early years setting, preferably within an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning approaches.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and student well-being.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with UK and Ireland safeguarding practices and policies.
