Architect Designer

**Job Title**: Architect Designer (AI and Graphics)
**Location**: Sony Pictures Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, Sattahip, Pattaya, Thailand

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the design process** by incorporating AI-driven features and advanced graphic elements into architectural designs for the water park’s infrastructure and attractions.
- Develop **concept designs, detailed drawings, and visual presentations** that integrate interactive AI technologies, enhancing guest experiences and creating visually stunning environments.
- **Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams** including AI specialists, engineers, landscape designers, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of technologies and design elements.
- Create **high-quality renderings and presentations** that demonstrate how AI can elevate both functionality and aesthetics within the park.
- Ensure that all designs align with the overall **vision** of the park while pushing the boundaries of architectural and graphic design integration.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Architecture or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience** in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in AI-driven design and advanced graphics integration.
- Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with **AI platforms and tools** such as **TensorFlow**, **OpenAI**, and others.
- **Strong communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to convey complex AI and design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage **complex projects**, leading cross-functional teams while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for **leveraging AI technologies** to craft unique, memorable experiences for visitors.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on **large-scale entertainment or leisure projects**, especially involving AI or advanced technology integration.
- Knowledge of **sustainable design principles** and a commitment to environmentally conscious architecture.

Proficiency in both **written and spoken English** to communicate effectively in an international team environment.
