Volantt Marketing is a fast-growing creative marketing agency based in Vancouver, Canada, currently expanding operations into Bangkok, Thailand.

We specialize in digital marketing, real estate media, and social media content creation. We are seeking passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing international team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth for our clients.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Assist in developing and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Conduct social media audits and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a marketing, social media management or design related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Graphic design skills and experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours (project-based deadlines)
