Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of pricing sub-team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback- Assign tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure efficient team operations to achieve project and launch product on time- Lead product development process on pricing side and co-ordinate with related parties to ensure product can be launched on time- Prepare/review approval document for OIC and Group approval and ensure regulation is complied.- Recommend product solution to management and align with company strategy

Qualifications and Experience:- 10 year’s++ actuarial experience from life insurance industry especially in health pricing is preferable- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.- Understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics- Continues professional education through taking and passing actuarial exams is preferred- Advanced level of proficiency MS Excel.
